    In the event of a driver cancellation, the app will automatically assign a new driver to fulfill your ride request. You won't be charged for the canceled ride.

    Once your ride is confirmed, you can track your driver's real-time location within the app. The map will display your driver's route to your pickup location.

  7. Can I change my destination after the ride has started?

    You cannot change your destination once the ride has started. If you need to update your destination, consider canceling the ride and rebooking with the correct information.
